Jeff Simonis has been a local Greater Grand Traverse area builder since 1994. Simonis has an impressive resume spanning decades of experience in the home building process.  Jeff’s experience began as a carpenter, then foreman on residential and commercial projects in the Traverse area.  He has built an excellent reputation and solid foundation based on integrity, accountability, work ethic and professionalism.  Jeff provides personal attention to each client along with hands-on craftsmanship and decades of experience to each project.

Simonis specializes in custom home builds, but also has done many extensive home, kitchen and bath renovations, complete home remodels and walkout basement finishes.  His company, Simonis Custom Home Building & Remodeling, currently has building projects throughout the Grand Traverse area including Old Mission Peninsula, Leelanau Peninsula, Traverse City and Long Lake.
